In league with nature
For us at Hugenpoet, sustainable management has been a matter of course for years. We heat with biogas that we obtain from the neighboring farm, preferably work with local suppliers, and manufacture many products ourselves. We grow our herbs in the herb garden of the castle park, and since 2023, our guests have been enjoying honey from our own bee colonies.
Bitter oranges, quinces, fig trees, magnolias: Magnificent fruits and edible blossoms thrive in our castle park, which we process into syrup or other castle-made specialties.

For us, sustainability means not only environmental and resource protection, but also the social aspect is of great importance to us. That is why we are particularly committed to training and prefer to fill open positions with employees.
