an exciting year TWENTY TWENTY is behind us. The hotel and catering industry is obviously one of the most affected sectors and we can all only hope that this situation will soon come to an end.
We at Hugenpoet manor fought, hoped, waited, comforted, admonished and marveled in TWENTY TWENTY.
We have not lost courage!
We were lucky in special situations!
But we also had a lot of fun!
We had our guests and we had US!
TWENTY21 will again demand a lot from many of us. We remain confident!
We hope that TWENTY21 will soon have many tourist and business guests traveling again, many bridal couples, children, birthday, confirmation and baptism celebrants, many end-of-the-day, many Essenes and guests from home and abroad and all the other guests we have come to love so much to be pampered.

General terms and conditions for table reservations
Dear guests, dear friends of the house,
Unfortunately, in the past we had more so-called "no-shows" in our two restaurants, HUGENpöttchen and Laurushaus. No shows means the non-appearance of guests without prior cancellation or cancellations by guests at short notice, in both cases despite a table reservation.
Many guests are unaware of the financial and organizational effort required before the visit begins. It is often not possible to give the reserved table spontaneously to other guests. In that case we bear the costs for the deployment of staff and the purchased groceries.
That is why, after a long reflection period, we have decided to introduce cancellation fees for table reservations in our restaurant HUGENpöttchen and in our star restaurant Laurushaus. We will ask for a guarantee of the booking by credit card when making the reservation and confirm the booking in writing in the form of an email.
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before your visit. You must submit this in writing to avoid misunderstandings. If no cancellation is made, we charge a fixed amount of EUR 30.00 in our restaurant HUGENpöttchen and EUR 70.00 in our star restaurant LAURUShaus for each guest who does not show up.
The fixed amount will be charged to the credit card provided when making the reservation, after which you will receive a no-show invoice.
We ask for your patience that we are unfortunately forced to take this step for cost reasons.
