When planning a private celebration or a business event, there is much to consider – after all, the process should precisely match your wishes and ideas. Based on our experience, we have answered frequently asked questions about celebrations and meetings at Schloss Hugenpoet here. We are delighted to be able to assist you with this. For anything beyond that, we are personally available to you and will support you with expertise and experience every step of the way.
A room reservation in conjunction with your event is not mandatory. However, if you are planning a celebration with dancing, the hotel rooms adjacent to the event space are automatically reserved for you and are an integral part of our offer.
For all evening events, we have set a closing time of 2 AM. From midnight, we charge a night surcharge of EUR 300.00 per hour.
We would be pleased to welcome you personally to view our premises for your event. We gladly offer viewing appointments on weekdays between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
Schloss Hugenpoet GmbH & Co KG acts only on behalf of the organizer when external service providers are engaged. Billing takes place between the service provider and the organizer.
Detailed arrangements will be made a few weeks before your event. We will send you an initial schedule as well as menu and wine suggestions and clarify all details in a personal meeting or phone call.
We assume a minimum spend for food and beverages, which varies depending on the booked room. Should this not be met, the difference will be charged as room rental.
Additional services such as flowers, hotel rooms, and night surcharge are not included in the minimum spend.

a) Upon completion of the booking, a flat-rate deposit of EUR 1,000.00 will be invoiced.
b) An additional deposit of 50% of the calculated invoice amount, minus the deposit already paid (see point a), will be charged 4 weeks before the event.
Furthermore, a final deposit of 30%, reduced by the deposits already paid (from points a and b), must be made up to 2 weeks before the event. If the calculated invoice amount does not exceed EUR 5,000.00, the deposits under points a, b, and c are sufficient. Those who celebrate also get hungry. We offer you a variety of culinary options for your event – from canapés to walking lunches and dinners to seated menus, including vegetarian variations.
